You may be required to create a user account to make a purchase on the Internet site. Your security and protection of your account information are entirely your responsibility. You will be liable for all activity occurring through your account.
The use of this website is governed by our Privacy Policy. The data collected from you while using the website includes personally identifiable information which we will use to process your orders, provide customer service and send you promotional updates. We do not share or sell your personally identifiable information to any third party without your express consent; however, we may disclose your personally identifiable information to third party providers to facilitate the processing and delivery of your order.
Packaging orders are created for each client on an individual basis. Once we confirm receipt of your order and have successfully completed processing of your payment, we will initiate production of your order. Modification requests to orders already placed into production may result in additional charges or may be unaccommodated. Stated production lead times are estimates and are intended to provide a reasonable estimate of delivery; they are not guaranteed delivery by a specified date.
Packages will be shipped via third party carriers and to destinations world wide. Shipping times and estimated delivery dates are estimates and subject to change. Tube Packaging Pro cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with their packages. These shipping costs may include any applicable duty, import tax, customs clearance fees etc. Customers may also incur additional shipping costs for deliveries to remote areas, for multiple delivery attempts or for customs failure.
Change to delivery address must be done prior to shipping confirmation.
Prior to shipping, Tube Packaging Pro inspects all packages to insure that they leave our facility in good condition. Upon delivery to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of the package. In the event that you experience damage upon opening of your package, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt of your package.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier; however, we are not liable for any claims filed. Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may be denied.
Since products manufactured by Tube Packaging Pro are custom made and tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers, all sales are final and non-returnable except for the following:
Defective orders must be reported to us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Defect claims must include written description and photographs of the defective item.
Approved defective items must be returned in their entirety, freight prepaid, to Tube Packaging Pro within 15 days of approval. Tube Packaging Pro will then reprint and/or provide partial refund(s) based upon verification of the defect through quality assessment. Issues arising from errors in file submission, minor color deviations and/or damage during shipping are not eligible for returns/refunds. Please refer to our official Return/Refund Policy for complete details.
To prepare your design files for printing, you must submit them in the following format:
Submit your files in CMYK, 300 DPI, correct dimensions.
Color deviations and/or poor image resolution due to file formatting errors are not the responsibility of Tube Packaging Pro.
Ensure all fonts, margins and safe zones are correct prior to approving the proof.
We provide a digital proof of your design for approval prior to commencing printing.
Your order will not go to print until you have confirmed your approval in writing.
You are completely responsible for verifying all aspects of your design, content and specifications prior to confirming approval.
After you confirm approval, no further modifications can be made to the design, and Tube Packaging Pro accepts no liability for any errors you may have missed in your review.
Minor variations (± 2.5%) in size, color, material, and alignment may occur in custom packaging production and will be deemed acceptable.
We reserve the right to manufacture a quantity up to 8% more or less than the original order quantity. This is common practice and will be included in your final invoice.
All prices quoted on our website are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted.
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
Production and shipping of your order will not commence until your payment has been received and cleared.
Delays in production and/or shipping may occur if payments are late.
Interest or collection action may be taken against any outstanding balances if unpaid.
All designs, templates, and content on this website are the property of Tube Packaging Pro, unless otherwise stated. You are not permitted to reproduce, republish, or distribute any of the material contained herein, without first receiving written permission from Tube Packaging Pro in advance.
Upon submitting your artwork or design, you confirm that you have the authority to use it and assume the liability for any copyright or trademark infringement.
Tube Packaging Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delayed, defective or improper use of any product. Tube Packaging Pro maximum liability, regardless of the circumstances, is limited to the total cost of the specific order in question.
The terms and conditions of use contained herein shall be governed and construed by the applicable laws of the state where we are located, and regardless of the conflict of laws principles of any jurisdiction.
